At Solar 'n' Shine, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@solarnshine.in with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and any further instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, installed outdoors and show signs of wear, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different variant (size, colour, or style), please contact us and we'll arrange the exchange subject to availability.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
