At Solar 'n' Shine, we want your solar lights to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Within India

We ship to all pin codes across India. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above Rs 999. For orders below Rs 999, a flat shipping fee of Rs 79 applies.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package in real time.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post to ensure reliable delivery across the country.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, courier issues, or remote locations. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs may apply.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
